USER AGREEMENT
Welcome to the Beaches Business Hub.
Beaches Business Hub is your best local portal to find local services, events, and jobs.
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you, (the “Hub User”) and Beaches Business Hub ABN: 25 768 522 581, (the “Hub”, “Website” or “Site”) and contains the terms and conditions of listing your business with Beaches Business Hub.
Please read this Agreement carefully as it is a legally binding document.
You are required to accept these Terms and Conditions as a condition of use of the Beaches Business Hub.
These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. We will make every effort to inform you when these Terms and Conditions are updated or amended.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the Beaches Business Hub, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Age
1.2 You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Beaches Business Hub.
2. Current version
2.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, with or without notice to you.
2.2 The most current version of these Terms and Conditions can be found on the Beaches Business Hub User Agreement page will supersede all previous versions.
3. Disclaimer
Legal relationship
3.1 Beaches Business Hub provides a listing service for local businesses and service organisations. It serves only to facilitate the connection between the Hub User, and businesses and organisations listed on the Hub Directory.
3.2 You understand and agree that the Beaches Business Hub does not act as your agent in any dealing and is not a party to any relationship you may commence with any business or organisation listed on the Hub Directory.
3.3 The Beaches Business Hub shall not be a party to any relationship or dealing with you and any business entity arising out of the use of the Site.
3.4 Any booking of any service requested or made using the Site or Hub Directory must not and cannot be construed as the creation of a contract between Beaches Business Hub and you, the Hub or Hub Directory User.
3.5 When you engage a business or organisation via the Beaches Business Hub, you are bound by their terms and conditions.
3.6 Beaches Business Hub holds no responsibility if any legal situations, issues, or dispute, that may arise between you or any business or service you access through the Beaches Business Hub website.
3.7 Beaches Business Hub makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, correspondence to description, or suitability of any business or services you access through any business or organisation listed on the Site.
4. Accuracy of Information
4.1 Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that all information is accurate and correct; however, we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, of any kind about the accuracy, completeness, currency or functionality of the information available via our website.
4.2 We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of our website.
4.3 Please advise the webmaster if you believe that there are any errors or omissions.
5. Additional terms
5.1 From time to time within this website or via direct communication, we may require you to accept additional Terms and Conditions, for example, if you’re advertising directly with us or becoming a contributor.
